We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, including minute-taking, diary management, and document organisation. This role is perfect for someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, and enjoys a varied workload that includes project work and managing bookings.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Taking minutes for various weekly in-person committee meetings.- Compulsory
  • Managing diary schedules to ensure efficient time management.
  • Collating documents and ensuring they are filed correctly on shared folders.
  • Managing the PA shared email inbox, prioritising and responding to emails as necessary.
  • Making bookings for travel, rooms, and catering for events and meetings.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc project work, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Utilising Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint, to create and manage documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience working in a Higher Education environment is desirable

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in diary management and minute-taking.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Capable of managing a shared email inbox effectively.
  • Experience in making travel and accommodation bookings.
