Description
- Manage and organise board and committee meetings, including logistics, agendas and minutes.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Manage the executive's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for executives.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Maintain a professional office environment and handle general administrative tasks.
Profile
A successful EA should have:
- An understanding of the Professional Services or Financial Services industry.
- Experience providing support at board level.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
