Description

  • Managing complex overseas travel arrangements and accompanying the CEO on travel abroad.
  • Managing and coordinating schedules and appointments for the CEO
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
  • Manage and maintain executive's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications

Profile

A successful EA should have:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
  • Agility and ability to cope with fast pace change
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
