Description
- Managing complex overseas travel arrangements and accompanying the CEO on travel abroad.
- Managing and coordinating schedules and appointments for the CEO
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
- Manage and maintain executive's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
Profile
A successful EA should have:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Agility and ability to cope with fast pace change
