An Executive Assistant (EA) is sought for a high-level role within a Law firm, providing comprehensive administrative support to a Global MD. This 12 month FTC is demanding, and an excellent challenge.

Description

  • Manage and organise board and committee meetings, including logistics, agendas and minutes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Manage the executive's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for executives.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Maintain a professional office environment and handle general administrative tasks.

Profile

A successful EA should have:

  • An understanding of the Professional Services or Financial Services industry.
  • Experience providing support at board level.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
