Your new companyA global service provider to the leisure industry based in London. Your new roleAs an EA to the COO, your duties will include:
- Assist with diary management, including scheduling and meeting preparation
- Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries for regular business trips
- Assist with coordination of internal events such as dinners/celebrations, company town halls, away days and conferences
- Produce reports, letters and presentations on software packages for various team members
- Deal with invoices and raising POs
- Process cash and credit card expenses
- Take meeting minutes when required
- Provide holiday cover for the Executive Assistants
- Liaising and coordinating projects on the MD's behalf, both managing directly and / or acting as a conduit to gather information from others
- Carry out various ad hoc duties as and when necessary
Skills Required
- Proven track record of working as an Executive Assistant at a senior level
- Good technical knowledge of Outlook
- Good technical knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes
- Experience of organising international travel and visas
