Description

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Director
  • Manage and organise the Director's diary
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  • Conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
  • Liaise with internal departments and external organisations and investors
  • Coordinate project-based work
  • Plan and organise meetings

Profile

A successful EA to Director should have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to senior teams or similar role
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and assertiveness
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
