Are you a highly organised and dedicated professional with a passion for the music industry? We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a renowned global recording artist based in the vibrant area of Soho, London. This is an extraordinary opportunity to work closely with a leading figure in music, where every day brings new challenges and excitement.

About the Role: In this pivotal position, you will provide comprehensive 24/7 executive support, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities for our artist. Your role will involve managing schedules, coordinating travel, and being on hand to assist with a variety of tasks both in and out of the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, and organising events to optimise the artist's time.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Act as a liaison between the artist and management team, ensuring effective communication at all times.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with personal errands and daily activities as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the entertainment or music industry.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive, flexible approach and readiness to be on call 24/7 to accommodate the artist's needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
