This role is predominantly business-focused and demands exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate needs in a high-pressure environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive diary and travel management, including global itineraries.
  • Acting as the first point of contact, liaising with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Overseeing key projects and initiatives on behalf of the Partner.
  • Coordinating with legal, finance, and other professional advisors as required.
  • Ad hoc personal support, including property and household management.
