Executive Assistant to C-Suite South-West London | Office based (5 days a week) Permanent c £60,000 We are looking for a switched on and articulate Executive Assistant to support the C-Suite of boutique real estate firm in continental Europe with a Head Office based in South-West London. Joining a small but high performing team, this is a role that will suit a candidate who is looking to expand their responsibilities, have commercial involvement and be a right hand and gatekeeper to the people they are supporting. With the company currently undergoing a period of restructuring and growth, this is an exciting time to join!  WHAT YOU’LL DOSupporting 3 members of the C-suite (including the COO, CFO and CMO) this role will encompass all traditional EA duties as well as giving the successful candidate the opportunity be involved in projects and being a point of contact for key players within the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Complex and proactive diary and calendar management
  • Collaborative working alongside the Senior EA to ensure a seamless and efficient C-suite
  • Excellent time management and ability to navigate conflicting schedules
  • Researching and preparing documents for meetings and travel
  • International travel planning and management
  • Event planning
  • Assisting with Board Meeting preparation
  • Proactively updating company databases
WHO YOU AREYou will be someone who not only has strong experience supporting at a senior level, but can keep up with a very busy team and is not fazed by changing priorities. You will need to be thorough, with a keen eye for detail and a team player able to work closely with other EAs within the business. You will be someone who prides themselves on being a problem solver and always one step ahead. Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting in an EA role, ideally at c-level
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a commercial environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to use own initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to be contacted outside of working hours on occasion
  • A second European language (French, German or Italian) would be an advantage
