We are looking for an Executive and Company Secretary Assistant, providing vital administrative support to the Executive Team and Board, while playing a key role in governance and ensuring service excellence across the business.

How you’ll support us on our mission to keep people safe and warm…

  • Developing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across the Board and business.
  • Managing end-to-end planning and event management for Executive and Board Meetings, including agreeing on a 12-month calendar with the Exec and Board, coordinating with internal and external venues, speakers, and presenters, organising site visits and engagement, and booking all associated travel and logistics.
  • Supporting the Director of Legal Services and Group Head of Audit, Risk and Compliance with time, diary, and mailbox management, as well as organising and preparing documents.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and attention to detail

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Teams and SharePoint
  • Excellent attention to detail, high diligence and dedication to continuous improvement
  • Ability to respect confidentiality at the highest level
  • Excellent organisation skills - ability to coordinate inputs from multiple teams to multiple deadlines
