Our client is seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to join their Corporate Investment Bank in London. This role requires a candidate with a solid PA background, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to adapt to the demanding nature of the role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex travel arrangements, handling internal and external clients, and performing diverse secretarial duties. THIS ROLE WILL BE 5 DAYS A WEEK IN THE LONDON OFFICE

What you will do:

  • Perform diverse secretarial duties requiring confidentiality and a strong work ethic
  • Manage complex travel arrangements within policy including coordination of flights, accommodation, and ground transportation logistics
  • Handle professional client relationships with all clients, bankers, and admin cover groups
  • Manage internal/external meetings, conference calls, and general administration duties
  • Become an integral part of the business, understanding group priorities and banker expectations
  • Ensure timely expense processing through Concur, reimbursement, personal amounts owing and monthly account reconciliations

What you will bring:

  • Solid PA background with a strong degree of flexibility
  • Professional client handling skills and relationship building capabilities
  • Strong technical capabilities with experience in using internal systems for accurate data entry
  • Experience in effectively arranging travel and producing accurate itineraries
  • Ability to champion expense policy, process expenses in a timely manner and reconcile accounts accurately on a monthly basis
  • Strong team player who can build networks and work in partnership with peers, management and senior stakeholders
