EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR

SALARY £24,500pa - £27,500pa  depending on experience

Location: Central London

35 hours a week

The Commonwealth Magistrates’ and Judges’ Association (CMJA) is a charity registered in the UK based in London and a company limited by guarantee.  Its objectives are to promote the rule of law, human rights and advance and protect judicial independence around the Commonwealth.  It is the only international organisation which brings together judicial officers at all levels to discuss and implement the highest of standards

We are seeking a high calibre Executive Administrator to provide administrative and project support to the Secretary General to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations of the charity. 

You will have at least 2 years’ experience in secretarial and administrative work, be well organised and capable of working under pressure, used to meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities. We are a very small team and you will need to be willing to get involved in a variety of different tasks. You will have well-developed inter-personal skills and experience in bookkeeping. You will have the right to work in the UK (UK citizen or holder of a UK work permit). You will be required to attend and provide support for the annual CMJA Conference so this will require availability for travel outside the UK. 

Holiday allowance: Statutory holidays plus bank holidays, occupational pension
