If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!Our dynamic professional services client in London is seeking an experienced individual to join their team and ensure the smooth running of the organisation. This is a pivotal role, supporting the management team in the UK and overseas, as well as liaison with clients and internally across the office. You will be the go-to person, so having a calm and empathetic nature will be essential in this role.What you'll do:
  • Provide exceptional support to the Managing Director and senior leadership team: Managing multiple diaries, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence and emails, and anticipating their needs
  • Be the first point of contact: Greeting visitors, managing internal and external communication, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment, this will include attending some events
  • Coordinate the office: Maintaining efficient systems and workflows, including handling any IT implementations or issues, organising team and client events, and ensuring office supplies are well-stocked and handling office contracts
  • Be the central person for the office: Proactively address challenges with processes, implement new procedures, and take minutes at meetings
You'll be a great fit if you have:
  • Recent experience as a PA/Office Manager, ideally within a professional, service-led industry
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, high levels of emotional intelligence
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong sense of initiative
