- Collaborate directly with the CEO and CFO to support all aspropects of their daily operations
- Manage project requirements and initiatives assigned by the CEO and CFO, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Manage and maintain the executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
- Be the primary point of contact between the CEO, CFO, Board, and external stakeholders, handling any confidential situations and requests discretely in a timely manner
- Be the first point of contact for guests and clients - including meeting and greeting visitors to the office, answering and screening calls as well as monitoring incoming emails
- Assist with booking meeting rooms, including ordering catering for meetings
- To take responsibility for your performance and to work together to achieve our organizational goals
- To attend training courses which are identified as being necessary for the performance of the role
- Proven experience in supporting a senior executive team
- Experience in project management
- Personable with experience of working in partnerships with stakeholders, managers, and external partners
- Sufficiently developed analytical skills with the ability to analyse a variety of data, determine validity, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
- Excellent organisation, time management and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Resourceful, innovative and proactive self-starter
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- Advanced project planning skills, Prince2 or similar
- Ability to speak Spanish or other second language
