Our client, a leading Mental Health Charity, have an exciting new opportunity to join them as an Executive Assistant.
Based in Central London, this role is perfect for anyone who has excellent experience in Executive Assistant duties and is looking to build upon their skills in the not-for-profit sector. Within this role you will be supporting the Chief Executive as well as the Chief Executive's Office to effectively deliver the smooth running of the office.

Duties with this role will include:

  • Coordinating and minuting meetings of the Executive Team and the main Board and its Committees
  • Assisting in organisation of special events
  • Organising and coordinating key internal meetings
  • Effectively manage multiple diaries, and ensuring the smooth running function of the office
  • Handling confidential information
  • Working in a fast paced environment supporting multiple Executives

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Confidence in minute taking within busy meetings
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Adept knowledge of IT programs - e.g. Microsoft Office
  • Extensive general administration and knowledge of admin duties
  • A dedicated and proactive attitude
  • Ability to successfully multitask and prioritise accordingly
