Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working within dynamic and high-performing teams? A Mayfair based advisory firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to join them ASAP on a temp to perm basis. The company offer a fantastic culture, excellent benefits, and career opportunities. Hybrid working available with one day from home. What you’ll do:
  • Be the right hand to the Managing Director, keeping everything running smoothly – from managing calendars to handling a never-ending to-do list.
  • Own the logistics of the roadshows, from coordinating travel and booking venues to ensuring presentations are pitch perfect.
  • Keep things moving seamlessly by managing meetings, emails, and calls like a pro.
  • Be the go-to person for anything the team needs – it’s all about teamwork and collaboration!
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support with any projects, using initiative and taking the lead.
  • Expense management.
What you’ll need:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant (ideally in private equity or investment banking), with proven experience organising roadshows.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills – confident liaising at all levels.
  • Be calm under pressure working with a solution orientated approach.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset
