We have the pleasure of supporting this dynamic, highly successful US VC find an Executive Assistant to join their London office in W1 due to growth.

To be considered they would like someone to have come from a VC, Investments or similar industry, you will be experienced supporting multiple people to senior level and be a strong organiser and skilled with prioritisation. Strong EA experience is a must, being of graduate calibre, strong IT skills and be a positive and upbeat character keen to help wherever you can.

Daily supporting will include diary management, meeting and events coordination, linking between London the US office and gatekeeping, stakeholder management, extensive international travel arrangements, document production, research, general office support such as supplies and liaison with suppliers. You will be happy to support on an adhoc basis with personal support; A lovely varied role with passionate, friendly and ambitious people.
