Executive Assistant - Founder (Art World) Based 5 days on site in the West End.

An exceptional role has arisen for a polished and articulate (degree standard) Executive Assistant with background in the Art world, gallery, auction house or luxury goods at senior level. You will have knowledge experience and a leaning towards the art world plus 8 years+ as an Executive Assistant within a similar realm. Top English skills written and spoken as you will be drafting emails and writing speeches.

This role is on an international level with a hugely successful founder who values commitment and discretion. You will be representative of the Founder and have top liaison skills between internal and external members of staff & the team both in the UK and abroad. Adept at dealing with all levels of individual and happy to take on an ever changing schedule and some out of hours if needed.

Top diary management, which is fluid and extremely changeable. Logistics and preparation/organisation of travel which can be two weeks of each month covering both UK and abroad. Detailed itineraries to include research information and required paperwork. Drafting of emails and preparation of speeches. Preparation of Board meetings and relevant paperwork. Keeping abreast of current projects/issues within the company and acting a gatekeeper when required. Juggling conflicting requests and agendas always dealing with individuals in a professional and courteous manner.

Happy to take on what is needed and roll up your sleeves when required. Flexible on pitching in whatever comes through the door, you have a positive "can do" attitude which is at the fore of your work. A collegiate attitude, there is a super team around you and a Family Office who handle most of the private support for the Principal but you will be required to handle about 20% of the role which is personal support (private dinner, gifts etc)
