We are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant for a brilliant litigation boutique firm in Holborn. This is an exciting role due to growth and will be supporting one of the founding partners on a 121 basis.
This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The role is 5 days in the office and paying a very competitive salary up to £65k plus benefits!
Key responsibilities:
- Handling all communications and correspondence.
- Proactive inbox and diary management.
- Document production - including dictation and mark ups.
- Client liaison.
- Time recording and opening matters.
- Billing, expenses and invoicing.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience providing 121 senior level support in a law firm. You must be happy working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to attend to tasks out of hours if required.
Document production and diary management is key for this role so you must be experienced in these areas. Alongside this, you must also have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise and problem-solve and have a positive, resilient attitude to work!
We are looking for someone with high IT proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal softwares.
