Position summary

Executive Office drives the implementation of the Bank’s strategic initiatives and core operations by offering robust support to Senior Management and various departments. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for comprehensive planning management, executive support and related systems management as well as brand and PR management. You will also be responsible to serve as Executive Management Committee (EMC) Secretariat. This is a full time permanent position.

Essential responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Serve as the EMC Secretariat, organising weekly EMC meetings and recording meeting minutes
  • Ensure timely and efficient document circulation across the Bank
  • Provide daily administrative support for EMC members
  • Oversee the administration of systems
  • Undertake administrative and executive responsibilities as assigned
  • Ensure that all activities meet the Bank’s internal policies, procedures, and other regulatory requirements at all times

Person specification

  • Degree educated preferably in Marketing, Business, Finance or other equivalent
  • Solid work experience in executive support, report drafting and taking minutes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team player who is able to work independently
  • Highly organised
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
