Our client, a global organisation, is looking to recruit the services of an experienced Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant for a permanent position, based in Knightsbridge, West Central London. You’ll be the driving force behind the scenes, providing efficient administrative support, managing diaries, coordinating travel, and liaising with internal teams and external clients. Given the high-profile nature of our client, please note that prior experience in the luxury or hospitality sector would be extremely advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive diary management, organize meetings, and handle all correspondence for the VP.
  • Manage finances for the VP, including expenses, invoices, and budget coordination.
  • Prepare for and attend key meetings and action points with and on behalf of VP.
  • Support the wider commercial team by coordinating reports, preparing presentations, and overseeing budgets.
  • Liaise with various departments and assist in organizing key meetings and events.

Required skills and experience:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or PA, ideally within a luxury or hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Since this is a high-visibility role, you will bring polished, professional presentation skills both in person and in written communication.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience using CRM systems.
