EA to an Aesthetic Doctor and International InfluencerKnightsbridge£45,000 per annum
Job Introduction:
We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Executive Assistant to support an Aesthetic Doctor who is also an international influencer. The successful candidate will provide exceptional personal and administrative support, managing both professional and personal activities for the Doctor and their family. This role demands a high level of flexibility, organisational skills, and the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing situations.Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Assistance:
- Provide exceptional personal assistance to the Aesthetic Doctor, covering a wide range of aesthetic specialties.
- Manage the Doctor's schedule, including extensive clinic appointments and electronic diary management.
- Client and Practice Management:
- Liaise with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice.
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, and treatments to ensure efficient use of the Doctor's time.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Accurately file paper and electronic documents, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Prepare and type medical reports, correspondence, and other documents from digital transcription to final proof.
- Manage invoicing and billing processes for clients.
- Travel and Event Management:
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistical arrangements for the Doctor's professional and personal engagements.
- Organise and coordinate social events, dinners, and other activities as required.
- Family Support:
- Provide administrative support for the Doctor's family, including managing their schedules and coordinating personal activities.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving:
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to a variety of situations on short notice.
- Utilise strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience as a PA in a medical or aesthetic setting is essential.
- Proven track record of providing support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Skills:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, electronic diary management systems, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a calm, professional demeanour under pressure.
- Qualities:
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Thick-skinned and able to deal difficult situations.
