Executive Assistant - £48,000         Our Financial Services client are looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Senior Management team.They have excellent company benefits and a 3 day working hybrid model.Executive Assistant duties:
  • Proactive diary management, arranging and amending appointments with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels
  • Assist with managing the CRM system to ensure accurate data is captured to support the various investment reports. Responsible for issuing accurate weekly and monthly reports to senior leaders within the business
  • Manage various external events such as client round tables, corporate days and conference attendance. Organise internal team events, both virtual and physical
  • Manage European and international travel, including booking flights and accommodation
  • Provide administrative support, such as managing expenses, meeting notes, holiday planner tracker, booking meeting rooms, co-ordinating office passes
  • Assist with team initiatives such as seller engagement plans, marketing activities, speaking opportunities and other initiatives set by the business
Ideal Candidate:
  • Will come from a Financial Services background
  • Have experience in looking after senior hires
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels of the company, including a variety of senior stakeholders
