Description

  • Coordinating and managing complex calendars and scheduling requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage communication with key contacts, including clients, partners, and board members
  • Acting as a liaison between various departments within the organisation.
  • Managing and coordinating projects as required.
  • Preparing and editing reports, presentations and data.
  • Organising and managing internal and external meetings, including travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
