- Proactively coordinating extremely busy diaries, managing a high volume of requests and rescheduling, keeping up with frequently changing priorities and demands
- Seamlessly coordinating and executing business travel planning, organising complex and multi-destination trips across Europe and the US
- Delivering effective team administration, overseeing contacts and stakeholder databases, managing project pipelines and tracking objectives and priorities, coordinating the investment process end to end
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports using G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Coordinating meeting briefings, actions and follow-ups, ensuring all meetings are effectively staffed and prepared for
- Assisting the team by developing strong relationships with contacts from each stakeholder group, acting as a brand ambassador for Atomico
- Planning and executing internal team events such as team socials and offsites, as well as external gatherings
- Supporting the wider team with business development activities, including project and event coordination, and assisting with larger flagship Atomico events
- Managing inboxes where applicable
- Submitting monthly expenses
- Providing support to the EA team with occasional holiday and sickness cover
- Experience working in tech or finance industries
- Minimum four years’ experience in an executive role
