Your new companyA global manufacturing business based in London's West End. Your new roleProviding executive support to the Chief of Staff and CEO's office, you will be working with the most senior stakeholders in the business. Your duties will include:
- Support the delivery of CEO's office plans and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and reports.
- Manage or assist with special projects and events where there is no local team support such as Offsite ExCo meetings, DAVOS, COP, and LME Week.
- Provide backup support to the EA to the CEO to support global events and key initiatives.
- Provide EA support to the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff as required.
- Prepare and/or review briefing materials, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Support on travel arrangements as required, managing all logistics and ensuring smooth execution of travel plans.
- Ensure clear and effective communication within the CEO's Office team and across the organisation.
- Co-ordinate with the CoSec team on Board topics & ensure alignment across the Board and ExCo agendas.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the executive office.
- Support administrative functions, including budgeting, resource allocation, and office management.
