We are recruiting on behalf of a client of ours - a well known further education establishment, for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role will be based in their Westminster campus but will involve regular weekly travel to other Central London campuses. The role can offer hybrid working and comes with a lovely package of benefits including generous annual leave and pension contributions. 

The post holder will assist the CEO in all aspects of:

  • diary management
  • primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and correspondence 
  • arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas
  • prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other documentation for meetings, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and creating itineraries
  • managing expenses
  • project support

Suitable candidates will have previous C-Suite level experience, exceptional organisation and time management skills along with the ability to work well under pressure to strict deadlines. 

Experience in Further Education is not required, but candidates must have experience in liaising with external stakeholders and be familiar with communication processes in this area. Skills with mail merge and minute taking are also a must.
