Experience working within professional service environment an advantage.OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, confident, and resilient Executive Assistant to provide high-level 1-1 support to the Head of Commercial/ Business. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, anticipating needs, and staying one step ahead.Strong communication skills and a numerate mind are essential. Responsibilities include organising meetings and itineraries, preparing materials, and taking action-oriented meeting notes. You will also set up and implement processes, conduct research, draft communications, compile reports, and assist with various projects.Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective communication between the Partner, other teams, the Managing Partner, and key stakeholders.
  • Arrange regular meetings related to the Business/Commercial Division.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, proofread documents, and take practical meeting notes.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company and the Partner, representing them when dealing with colleagues and clients.
  • Assist in setting up and implementing processes for the operational running of the Commercial Division.
  • Conduct research and compile reports using MS Word and Excel.
  • Manage accurate billing for one of the firm's largest clients.
  • Work effectively with other legal and business services departments, using tact and diplomacy.
