This highly regarded property company is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Company Secretary & Head of HR. If you're ready to take on a role where you play a key role in supporting the senior management team then this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management
  • Prepare for internal and external meetings, including preparing meeting materials
  • Assist with travel planning and international visitor arrangements
  • Expense management
  • Human Resource Administration
  • Support recruitment including on and off boarding
  • Assist with reviewing and updating HR policies and the staff handbook
  • Governance Support
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager on ad hoc duties and internal team events
  • Provide general executive office support

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • A proactive, positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, and SharePoint is beneficial
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Looking for longevity in your next role
