A healthcare charity based in Central London are seeking an Executive Assistant to work alongside the CEO.
The role is varied and busy and would suit someone experienced as a PA or EA within an association or charity.
Responsibilities
• Organising travel for the COO and members
• Keeping the diary and managing the inbox
• Working alongside the Events Manager to organise meetings, conferences and board meetings.
• Attending meetings including the board meetings to take minutes and follow up action points.
• Liaising with members, the public and the board of trustees.
• Setting up meeting rooms.
• Attending conferences approximately two or three times a year to ensure all runs smoothly, this may entail an overnight stay.
• Constantly reviewing processes to ensure that they are efficient and effective.
• Proof reading documents.
• Liaising with the building manager.
The organisation work 9-5 and offer hybrid working with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office. You may from time to time need to come in earlier to set up the meeting rooms.
