Executive Assistant City of London £60,000 – £65,000 5 days in A fast-paced and dynamic software company are seeking an organised and proactive Executive Assistant  to provide support to the CEO and the wider office. This vital role combines Executive Assistance with Office Management, ensuring smooth daily operations and strategic support for the business. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high-performing, efficient work environment.What You'll Do:As an Executive Assistant you will anticipate the needs of the business meaning you can manage and optimise the CEO’s calendar effectively. Additional duties include:
  • Assist with an office move within the same building.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefing documents for executive meetings.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the CEO, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements for staff.
  • Manage and maintain expenses and financial documentation.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Drafting internal and external communications for the CEO.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure the office is well-maintained.
  • Plan and organise company events.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance.
Who You'll Be:As an Executive Assistant you will be proactive, adaptable, and highly organised. Other attributes include:
  • Over 20+ years of experience as an EA supporting at C-Suite level in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the software industry or PE backed firm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Slack.
  • Experience of liaising with IT teams to set up tech in offices.
  • Possess excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Be comfortable to work independently and use initiative.
