Your RoleYou will be the right hand to our Founder and provide secondary support to the Managing Director. This is a role that demands exceptional multitasking, impeccable communication skills, and the ability to navigate a high-energy, creative environment with grace and professionalism.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Executive Support: Managing complex calendars, coordinating international travel, and handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
  • Client Liaison: Acting as a key point of contact for high-profile clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.
  • Operational Excellence: Overseeing office operations, supporting recruitment processes, and liaising with finance, HR, and legal teams.
  • Strategic Assistance: Preparing reports, editing correspondence, and stepping in for the Directors when required.

This role may also involve occasional international travel to key territories, including the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Confidence in communicating with senior executives and high-profile clients.
  • High levels of professionalism and discretion, with a knack for handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic, Italian, or French) are a bonus.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
