Executive Assistant

Salary £45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus

This is an amazing opportunity for a Team Executive Assistant to join a highly successful private equity company in their stunning Mayfair offices. You will be joining a dynamic, ambitious, and friendly team in a key role as EA to MD’s and Partners. In this role you will benefit from remote working most Fridays and the rest of the time you will be in a beautiful office environment with lots of perks and a sociable friendly team! You will support selected executives with full EA support including complex scheduling across time zones and proactively managing the flow of their day to day.

  • Complex calendar management
  • International travel coordination and all logistics
  • Process expenses
  • Create documents
  • Support the overall operations team as a friendly and helpful team player
  • Help with gifting, marketing initiatives and events

  • Experience within finance industry or a similarly fast paced corporate environment
