Executive Assistant and Marketing Lead

~ PA and Marketing support to CEO~ City of London~ Fully onsite role~ Salary to circa. £55,000 p.a. dependent on experience~ Financial Services industryI am seeking a talented and commercially astute PA, who also holds experience planning and executing direct and digital Marketing campaigns, on behalf of a Financial Advisory firm based in the City of London.This is a broad spanning role, where you will be responsible for activities that simultaneously assist this organisation's leadership and drive client engagement. In this position, you should feel comfortable liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to coordinate calendar appointments, manage communications, and plan events..In order to be successful, you must have an agile approach, and be used to juggling multiple and often conflicting priorities. You will have experience supporting at Director level, and will also be confident communicating clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing, with all levels across the business and client base. You will have a great eye for detail, and place pride in your work.You will ideally have experience with designing and implementing Marketing campaigns, and you will be a confident communicator; this role will require you to reach out via telephone and email to previous, current and potential new prospects, so a great telephone manner is a must.This is a 100% on site role, based near Moorgate, offering a salary in the bracket of £50,000 to £55,000 p.a. dependent on experience.My client is unable to provide sponsorship for this role, so please only apply if you already hold full rights to work in the UK.
