Executive AssistantInside IR356 MonthsHybrid (3 Days in London, Manchester or Bristol)One of our central government clients are looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team on an inital 6 month contract to build great relationship's and improve proccesses where necessary. The Role:
  • Support the Deputy Director and wider Leadership Team to ensure their schedules and inboxes are managed effectively
  • Arrange meetings, phone calls, and events with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage core office functions and processes, including coordinating daily information packs and weekly forward look notes
  • Provide secretariat support for internal meetings, manage transparency returns, and track expenses
The Person:
  • Demonstrable administration and support skills with strong attention to detail in managing a senior principal's diary and inbox
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate clearly to a wide range of audiences
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
