Wise May are looking for an EA to join our client, a friendly and vibrant investment company based in the heart of the City.

Hybrid working, 09:00-17:30

Duties to include:

• Being the first point of contact for Partners • Handling confidential correspondence via email & telephone, liaising with internal and external PA’s• Preparing various documents including itineraries, PDF, updates and follow up information• Managing & co-ordinating detailed diaries, schedules and travel for Partners and team members• Organising UK/European and worldwide travel arrangements, i.e booking flights/Eurostar, hotels, and transportation• Arranging various lunch/breakfast and client internal and external meetings• Expense Management (Concur based)• Help to arrange external Board meetings for Partners and their teams• Joining weekly team meetings and following up on further actions• Assisting with new starter requirements from recruitment to onboarding for their assigned teams• Assisting with organising QPR’s for Managing Partner/s in house and in overseas • Organising team strategy sessions inhouse and externally including team events

Skills• Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.• Experienced at maintaining strict confidentiality with the ability to handle sensitive information.• The aptitude to build relationships across all levels of the business including senior management and executives, as well as external contacts.• Strong communication skills• Flexibility and adaptability• The ability to multitask and prioritise an everchanging workload.• Strong commercial and business acumen.
