- Manage incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Provide full calendar management across various time zones
- Book and manage complex travel arrangements
- Ensure smooth running of day-to-day engagements
- Prioritise all inquiries and ensure they are dealt with effectively
- Complete all administrative tasks needed by Executive
- Liaise with other EA’s to organise and plan all offsite global meetings effectively
- Undertake personal PA duties when needed
- Previous experience supporting at Senior Exec level
- Previous experience within Financial Services is essential
- Resilient personality – able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Able to prioritise with a keen sense of urgency
- Confident to work and liaise with other Senior Level Execs globally
- Due to working across UK & USA time zones, flexibility is essential
