This is a full time, one-year fixed term contract with a salary between £30 to £35K. You will enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with travel to the co-working space in London once a month.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Data Initiatives Team. You should have experience in providing secretarial and administrative assistance to Executives in a SME setting. Your day to day will include providing complex diary and inbox management, organising travel and coordinating Board and Committee meetings and preparing briefings and papers as necessary.
Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent general administrative assistance to the Data Initiatives Team. To include complex diary management and logistic coordination as well as inbox support, prioritising, triaging and signposting as necessary
- Confidently liaise with high profile stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
- Organise complex arrangements, including meetings with a variety of stakeholders, both online and in-person and webinars for large engagements and associated logistics and travel plans
- Attend meetings and take notes - recording and following up on actions and support other events as required
- Collaborate with other EA’s and staff to ensure appropriate support is in place and provide EA cover to others as necessary
- Execute ad hoc tasks as required to support the team and wider business such as working on projects, helping to establish systems and processes
Executive Assistant Key Skills:
- A good work ethic with exceptional experience providing secretarial and administrative assistance to Senior Executives in a startup or SME setting ideally in international corporate or a financial institution
- Excellent written and verbal communication with superb interpersonal skills
- Detail orientated with strong organisation and good time management whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills - highly proficient in MS Office Suite and ideally with experience of SharePoint and other Project Management systems such as HubSpot
