Are you a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate or financial sector environment?

This is an exciting opportunity to provide critical executive support to the Head of Digital Engineering Services and Solutions and their management team, contributing to the strategic objectives of this global banking group.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage complex diaries, coordinate high-priority meetings, and ensure timely preparation of meeting materials.
  • Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, hosting meetings and events on behalf of the department.
  • Organise departmental events, including Town Halls and visits from senior leaders across the organisation.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, bookings, and visas.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and high-quality communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee expense claims, leave requests, and onboarding for senior team members.
  • Provide general office administration support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a corporate environment, with a proven track record of supporting senior management.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with senior executives.
  • Desirable: Experience in financial services or supporting C-Suite/Managing Director-level executives.
