About Us: My client is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to providing investment funds, financial advisory, asset management, trust services, and capital market services. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who is fluent in Portuguese to support thier executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication in both Portuguese and English.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Assist in organising and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects with a keen attention to detail.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
