Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level professional organisational and administrative support to the CEO of a fast-growing financial services business. This is a permanent position.

The role is fully based onsite at our client’s Central London office. The role offers a competitive salary an bonuses.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s email inbox and filing system.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including calendar management and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain and manage to-do lists and project trackers.
  • Draft and produce high-quality emails to external clients and companies.
  • Work closely with the CEO, providing briefings on upcoming commitments and preparing for meetings and tasks.
  • Edit spreadsheets and presentations, including printing and binding documents for client meetings.
  • Handle incoming postal correspondence and manage filing of paperwork.
  • Manage sensitive information, confidential reports, and documents, ensuring that appropriate controls are in place to meet security and confidentiality requirements.
  • Manage Executive assistance and office managers

Key Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a focus on adding value and assisting the team.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication.
  • A minimum of 1 year of EA experience within Financial Services is preferable.
