Executive Assistant (Temp to Perm) - Remote Working - Inside IR35

Our client, a global consultancy, are currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant for the Chief Data Officer, to join the team for an initial contract position which would become a permanent role. This position would be fully remote working.

In this role you will work with the Chief Data officer, to support as an Executive Assistant.?You will work alongside the Executive in a fast paced and demanding environment. As the ideal candidate, you will be expected to operate proactively with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring the Executive can work effectively, both managing their priorities and time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced, proactive diary management; to include internal/external meetings, conference calls, and ability to support orchestration of Off-Sites/Town Halls, Office access for the wider team and ensuring logistics are setup appropriately for all meetings
  • Manage complex multi-leg travel arrangements within policy. Co-ordination of flights, trains, check in, VISAs, accommodation, and ground transportation logistics. Handle a multitude of frequent changes at short notice and prepare accurate travel itineraries.
  • Expenses management on behalf of CGO to align with company policy.
  • Handling of confidential material in line with GDPR protocol.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to work alone / unsupported at times.
  • Ability to make rapid decisions.
  • Stakeholder management and Relationship Management: The ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organisation and maintain effective relationships with third party suppliers.
  • Building a network with EA/PA community internally and externally.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong problem-solving?skills; proactive and confident in taking initiative.
  • Previous EA/PA preferably?within a large corporate association.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Workday / SAP Concur is desirable
  • Proficiency with workplace productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Strong administrative skills?with excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to be very flexible?and to re-prioritise, with exceptional organisational skills.
