Executive Assistant to Chief Executive
£56000-60,000 + excellent benefits and bonus
Maternity contract (13 months) Hybrid
Are you an experienced, Board level Executive Assistant who thrives at working as right-hand support to a busy executive? Our client is a prestigious membership firm with a fantastic company culture and a great benefits package.
They are looking for an EA to join them in January for a 13-month period and work as part of their highly respected administrative function.
The role is very "diary heavy" with forward planning for the next 12 months but which will also react to any industry events and urgent meetings, often with major investment organisations and government decision makers.
You will prepare for committee meetings, follow up on the action points internally and externally and organise and attend meetings of the Senior management team, minuting and circulating the notes. You will act as a conduit throughout the organisation and will ensure that the administrative function is running smoothly, anticipating any issues.
The Executive Assistant will liaise with the PAs for the other directors and will organise Town Halls, offsites and any special projects.
The Chief Executive will attend lots of high-profile events, therefore the EA will work closely with the events team to plan these and ensure that he is fully prepared. The EA will ensure that the NEDs are fully informed of the regular Board meetings, and you will work closely with the internal stakeholders for collation of the relevant documentation.
This role will require the EA to have had experience looking after a senior leadership team or C-suite. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, are essential. The Chief Executive is extremely busy but is very personable and respectful towards his EA. Private sector experience, in particular the financial sector, would be preferred. The company offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office.
Salary is dependent on experience.
