Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for supporting a high-level executive in a dynamic, fast-paced and professional environment? Our client a Global leader in technology Private Equity is seeking a superstar French speaking EA to join the London Office and provide comprehensive support to the co-head based in Green Park.

This client is at the forefront of technology-driven innovation, and we are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the executive level. This role requires a seasoned assistant who can handle super complex schedules, manage high-priority projects, and anticipate the needs of senior executives, allowing them to focus on driving the success of the business.

In Brief the responsibilities are:

Complex calendar management experience with ability to strategically plan and prioritize meetings and appointments. Scheduling both internal and external meetings. This role is heavily involved in the travel and needs experience in complex travel itineraries, involving both commercial and private flights, domestic and international. With availability for last-minute changes, including off-hours. Prepare high-volume monthly expense reports. Board pack and presentations. Coordinate Portfolio Board meetings, workshops, and other key events. Assist with regulatory records for compliance. Provide backup administrative support to other investment professionals as needed. Offer EA support 30% for Private. What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within private equity or financial services.

Fluency in French is required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

The ability to juggle multiple priorities and adjust to changing needs in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
