A Global service provider based in City of London is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to Directors on a 6-months Fixed Term Contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to Directors and support reception/office operation.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Executive Assistant to Directors Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for the Directors
  • Complete diary and inbox management for Directors
  • Liaise with other assistants regarding Executive members' schedules
  • Plan committee and meeting schedules, including minute taking and document management
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Book domestic and international travel and accommodation
  • Liaise with other Directors at Executive Committee level
  • Prepare documentation using Microsoft Office, Oracle, and Visio
  • Liaise with key clients on behalf of the Directors
  • Greet guests in the office environment
  • Participate in ad hoc meetings/projects as directed
  • Complete expenses for Directors
  • Manage the company Community initiative
  • Cover reception in the absence of front desk staff
  • Perform other duties as required

Executive Assistant to Directors Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 3 years of experience s Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to Executive leadership member
  • At least 1+ years’ experience in working within a fast-paced environment such as retail
  • Completely fluent in English for both writing and speaking
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols in a work environment
  • Maintain high accuracy and work quality standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as retail
  • Experience with companies of 1000+ employees would be ideal
