We are working exclusively with a fast growing FMCG business based in Central London, looking for an EA who can support an extremely busy CEO.They are ideally looking to recruit someone with experience as an EA to an Owner/ Founder who understands the unique challenges and demands of the position.
Our client is offering a salary between £65,000 and £75,000 + bonus.Responsibilities:
The role reports directly to the business owner and founding entrepreneur:
- Managing Schedules: Oversee the executive's calendar, making appointments, prioritizing tasks, arranging travel, and organizing events.
- Preparing Documents and e-mails: Create and prepare documents for meetings, including board packs and research materials. Draft memos, emails, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinating Activities.
- Communicating: Serve as the main point of contact for the executive, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Handle phone calls and respond to information requests.
- Supporting Decision-Making: Prepare reports, analyse data, and provide insights to assist the executive in making informed decisions.
- Managing Projects: Oversee key projects, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.

- Previous experience of being an Executive assistant to a business Owner/ Founder / Serial entrepreneur.
- The role requires someone who has worked with CEO's/ Owners in the SME sector rather than a corporate of public sector background.
