Successful global Private Equity firm in stunning offices based in Mayfair are actively recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Investment Team. You will join an established, professional team and work in a fast paced environment where a versatile, proactive mind-set is key. The ideal candidate will have at least five years team support experience within boutique Finance, ideally Private Equity and a solid career history with longevity in each role. Office based 5 days, hours are 9-5:30pm.
Key duties:
- Extensive dairy and inbox management the team
- Extensive travel management
- Acting as gatekeeper and first point of contact
- Maintaining department databases including Salesforce
- Research on investors/projects
- Processing expenses
- Providing overflow and holiday cover for colleagues
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 5 years’ Team PA/Executive Assistant experience in Finance ideally Private Equity
- Experience of supporting at Partner level
- Excellent client liaison skills
- A team player, happy to assist the wider team and colleagues
- Enthusiastic, flexible and positive
- Intermediate MS Office, 50 wpm, experience on Concur and Salesforce ideal
