This is a C-Suite level EA remote role working for an incredibly busy and demanding Leadership Team based in Canary Wharf. They require a great communicator who is direct and honest in their approach; proactive and concise and has extensive experience of working in a well-known, incredibly busy brand in the Tech sector (a MUST) with an analytical mindset and someone who thrives and is used to working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This company is a growing business who are looking for a 'non-precious/chilled’ EA who takes things in their stride to support the C-Suite Leadership Team. The position involves a high volume of scheduling and diary management; in-depth expenses; Board documentation; planning and arranging meetings, offsites/conferences/events; video calls and organising worldwide travel; building and developing relationships with stakeholders; dealing with calls and follow up for the Leadership team; HR projects and team administration and ensuring they meet deadlines at all times therefore, an EA who has C-Suite / supported a CEO / Chief of Staff experience with excellent oral and written project and stakeholder management skills would thrive in this super role. You will have exceptional IT skills plus, Google, Slack etc.
