Description
Varied duties, that include but are not limited to-
- Arranging meetings for the board
- Scheduling meetings for stakeholders
- Attending meetings and taking notes
- Ensuring the board have correct info prior to meetings
- Assisting in putting together presentations
- Arranging annual events- such as Christmas parties
- Coordinating office activities and calenders
- Ordering office supplies
- Assisting with various projects
- Recording various info and creating various reports as required
