The principal is a highly active and hands-on entrepreneur who is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of their ventures. With a team of 180 people across several countries, the organisation thrives on creativity, ambition, and a fast-paced approach to growth.

This role requires an experienced Executive Assistant who can seamlessly support the principal across professional and personal matters, acting as a trusted partner in managing their complex, high-profile lifestyle, travel with them 50% of the time and offer support with their portfolio accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the principal, including managing a dynamic calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel (domestic and international).
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the principal and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address challenges to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Personal Assistance

  • Manage household operations, travel logistics, and personal commitments for the principal and their family.
  • Coordinate with household staff and external service providers across multiple residences in London, Italy, and Spain (languages are a bonus)
  • Handle confidential matters such as personal investments, medical appointments, and private documentation with discretion and professionalism.

Travel Management

  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, often on short notice, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Accompany the principal on international trips as needed to provide hands-on support.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the principal's executive team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across business and personal priorities.
  • Act as a liaison with the broader organisation and Executive team, ensuring efficiency and minimising disruptions.

  • Extensive experience: Proven track record supporting C-suite executives or UHNW individuals, ideally within a family office or entrepreneurial setting.

  • Exceptional organisation: Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and prioritisation.

  • Travel flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally as required (approximately 50% of the time).
  • Cultural awareness: Familiarity with European and North American business practices, with fluency in English (additional European languages are a bonus).
